Commercial property sales: buyer, seller, price and acreage.
Site work
DNR construction stormwater notices for sites of one acre or more, with the owner.
Business openings
Liquor and food licenses, by business and address.
Bids and prices
Bid notices and results from WisDOT, state facilities, the UW System, cities and counties, with line-item prices where published.

The same project often appears in several kinds of records. We link them, including planning items to the permits that followed.
Where a planning item leads to a permit, the planning item comes a median of 106 days first.
Software makes and checks the links. When the evidence is not strong enough, the records stay unlinked.
